DAFFODIL PICKERS

We are looking for people interested in picking daffodils this coming season. We expect the Daffodil Season to start mid to late February this year and runs until the end of March/early April.

Daffodil Pickers are paid on a per piece basis, which means that you get paid based on how many flowers you pick. Daffodil Pickers are paid at the rate of $0.26 per bunch of 10 flowers picked.

A typical workday is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. During our harvest we work 7 days per week (weather permitting). People are not expected to work every day but we do encourage people to come in as often as possible to maintain the size of our crews.

Wet weather gear such as rubber boots and rain gear are highly recommended.

The best way to get on our crew…is to call our Employment Registration Line at (250) 652-1131 and leave your name and number/email address for call back, OR to send us an email at jobs@daffodil.com It’s not necessary to leave more than one message. We will call workers as needed and in the order we receive applications.
