Organic farming is a form of agriculture that relies on crop rotation, green manure, compost, biological pest control, and mechanical cultivation to maintain soil productivity and control pests, excluding or strictly limiting the use of synthetic fertilizers and synthetic pesticides, plant growth regulators, livestock feed additives, and genetically modified organisms.

With the help of the Pacific Agricultural Certification Society (PACS 16-512), our goal is to expand our certification in the future to include more and more of the land we farm for food.  We are very proud of our organically grown local produce and we know you will enjoy the quality and taste!  Today, we have expanded our organic program to over 60ha (150 acres) of Certified Organic land!

Even though we still have crops that will not be grown organically, with the use of IPM we will be able to hold true to our commitment to reduce pesticide and herbicide use on our farm.  We think that you and your family deserve only the best quality food and a healthy environment; food that is great tasting, healthy, nourishing and grown in an ecological manner.
